Individual and Team Coaching

Most Fortune 500 leaders work regularly with a coach and coaching is quickly becoming recognized as providing the biggest bang for the organization’s buck in driving and sustaining change. Dawn is a Certified Executive Coach and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Dawn will work with you to design a program that meets your needs or you can choose from one of our coaching programs include Individual, Team or Group coaching.

Individual coaching can be initiated by the employee or by their manager and is available in 3-month, 6-month engagements. For employee initiated coaching,  the coachee drives the agenda, whether they are looking for clarity or assistance dealing with specific situations, preparing themselves for the next level in the organization, or becoming more effective in their current role.

If the coaching is initiated at the request of the manager, the coaching program typically starts with a meeting with the manager and the employee individually to determine their specific goals, then meeting with both parties to agree on coaching objectives and ensure everyone understands what the coaching is expected to achieve.

Dawn will work with your team over a period of 3 to 6 months to help the team work through change, elevate performance or deal with conflicts and other issues. This work is typically a combination of team coaching sessions and some individual coaching.

Periodically Dawn will offer a group coaching program to a specific population such as Human Resources Managers, who typically do not work together as a team. This type of coaching allows group members to learn from the collective knowledge of the group and also reduces the cost of coaching.
